On confirmation of bookings guests are agreeing to my terms and conditions.No smoking in propertyStrictly no partiesNo illegal activities**Lost Keys will be charged at £40 per key for replacement, in the event a locksmith is to be call this will be charged to the guests****A non refundable cleaning fee of £75.00 will be charged, and a security deposit of £250 will be pre-authorised and refunded upon guests departure****We reserves the right to charge for additional guests that have stayed and are not included in the original booking**
