Forest Gate Community Festival

An annual familly festival in July (dates vary) . A local street is closed for a day and filled with street performance, stalls, music, games and fundraising stalls. Its unique character is that it is a residential street and famillies come out of their houses, set up stalls and sell home made food. Frequently the stalls are run by children proudly selling cakes they have made earlier in the day.
