We visited London for 5 days/4 nights - 2 adults, 2 children (17, 12 yo). We had one of the family rooms with bathroom. The staff was super friendly - at the desk and at the breakfast service as well. Breakfast was filling and we could use the kitchen facilities during the whole day. The area is beautiful, everything (tube, buses, shops, caffes, restaurants) is in short walking distance. Check-in / payment / check-out went without any problems. Recommended accommodation. Everything. :) Perfect location, beautiful building/surroundings, very friendly staff, filling breakfast, fresh towels every day, clean, quiet accommodation. Good value for money.
Dislikes:
Actually nothing really. A few hangers would be practical for the coats (but we could hang them in the cupboard) and a shelf in the shower for the shower gel /shampoo.

Reasonable price with breakfast included and good service. For the room rate, I didn’t expect the English breakfast and 24 hrs open kitchen where I can use microwave and other kitchen utensils.

The location was what it was all about for me. Right on the Picadilly line with a straight shot from Heathrow, as well as convenient access to the main London attractions.
