The showers need a ledge to put shower gel on. The warm cold function was complicated and the hot cold indicator is absent.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Holland Park tube station. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, and the room was lovely and extremely clean.
Dislikes:
It would be useful to have somewhere in the shower to place your shampoo bottles etc, rather than having to put them on the floor, and to have a kettle in the room, rather than having to go downstairs

Three night stay, basic bedroom, clean and comfortable enough. Could do with a bigger wash/sink corner, somewhere to hang towels. Also tea/coffee in the room would be nice.
The shared bathrooms was not our cup of tea at all. (My fault, I did not pay attention during booking) The bathrooms (showers and toilets) are NOT cleaned every hours as per their notice on the door by the way.
No breakfast served, and coffee/tea bar downstairs does not offer too much choice. Read less
