My pillow was infected with flees, bedbugs or other similar biting insects, which is now causing me a hard time itching all over my upper body. Very unpleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the UCL campus,
unfortunately the room, street side, was very noisy.
Dislikes:
The room was dismal with no reading lights and a 30-year
old TV set. So much flea and bug infested that, on
coming home, I had to seek medical assistance to cure
the bites all over my body !

I liked the staff a lot; very friendly and talkative. The environment outside the room itself was good. The location was excellent.
Dislikes:
The room was described as a budget room and indeed it was...small and bleak. I only returned to it to sleep on account it was not a place to relax. /A rat appeared in the kitchen;moustrap was put down

The breakfast and the staff that served it were excellent!! lovely and friendly
Dislikes:
The mattresses were atrocious. I can best describe them as feeling like you were lying on a row of drink cans with a thin sheet over the top. Seriously suggest you try one for yourself!!

The young lady there was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She is the best thing about the hotel. The location is good and it looks good outside, it is such a shame that it is so shabby inside.
Dislikes:
I hated the shabbiness of the hotel, the smell of the place and not having a toilet in my room. I skipped breakfast as I was worried that the kitchen would not be clean
