It is very well located and the staff is very friendly. Overall the room is well furnished and clean but there are some details that could be improved.
Dislikes:
In my opinion the room is a bit small and there should be more hangers for the towel. The curtains need a cleaning too.

My husband and I have been staying at Amber Residence for more than 5 years now. The location is excellent, a quite residential area yet still close to everything. The staff is very friendly and are always eager to help. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We have been recommending Amber Residence to our friends and they all thank us when they try their services. Read less

Amber Residence is close walking distance to lots of main attractions in London. Baker Street tube station is only a short walk. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. It was great to see them again.
Dislikes:
I even loved the weather.

Friendly staff. Helped my wife to carry luggage up to 3rd floor. Brought up a fan for us too.
Dislikes:
Need to walk up stairs and no aircon

The study has all that we needed for a 3 day stay: microwave, cooking tools and a fridge.
Also a baby crib was on the room with no extra charge. The reception team was also veeeery helpful and kind.
Dislikes:
The only thing was the Internet, you need to request the code instead of been offered when you do the check in.

Excellent location (5 minutes walk from Oxford St and Marble Arch). Friendly helpful staff and nice quiet atmosphere.
Dislikes:
Small problems such as no plug for bath, carpet could be changed for newer, but overall was happy with stay.
