The room was clean, the beds were confortable, and good WiFi. The kitchen is good for people that would like to stay for a longer period of time. The hotel is close to parks and restaurants.
Dislikes:
The hotel is located near a busy street, so it is noisy at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good and close to several underground stations. The room was clean. I don't really have anything bad to say about my visit!

Great location, good desk. Noisy though so bring earplugs for night time. Really friendly staff. 50 stairs up to the room sure helped my training too.

Loved the large window and high ceiling! Well equipped kitchenette. Big dresser and wardrobe with lots of hangers. Comfortable bed, glad to have the space afforded by its twin size. Terrific location.
Dislikes:
Could use more hooks/racks/shelves in bathroom; I bought some over-the-door hooks myself. Laundry took 48 hours rather than the expected 24, but staff were communicative and apologetic about it.

The appartement is perfectly located near the centre of London.
Dislikes:
The heating was poor, trok us more rhan 24 hours to get a nice temperature in the room.

Great location. We were able to check in 1hr early & leave bags for a few hours the next day. Room was bigger than we’d expected and the kitchen facilities very good : fridge, toaster, kettle, hotplat
Dislikes:
Fixtures and fittings are all a bit shabby . The bathroom also smelled strongly of drains. But for the price we paid we didn’t expect luxury.
