Likes: room was spacious and cleanly. Was some great live music at the pub on Saturday night
Dislikes: if possible, the gamekeeper room bathroom door wouldn't shut no matter how much we tried. This is the ONLY feedback of things we would've changed.

The room was interesting and nice, and the hotel is in a great location - nice neighbourhood, a block away from Maida Vale station. The staff was helpful. It is three flights of stairs to the room, which was not a concern for us, but might be for some. Read less

What a let down through a situation that could have been retrieved through the use of good solid customer care skills and taking pride - neither were evident. Likes: The room was quite pleasant and the bar is beautiful. Really nice place.
Dislikes: Served Chicken and Mushroom Pie frozen solid in the middle & cold mash. Dealt with appallingly by the Manager who didn't even lift her head to say cheerio as we left after a 2 night stay. Why?
