Reception area was okay looking but that's where it ends. The rooms were dirty, sheets stained with faeces, litter in the bathrooms and hair in the baths. One room had no running water, the other had no hot water. No smoke alarms in any rooms which is a hazard, and windows were wide open and unable to shut them. The TV was being held together with parcel tape. It was grubby and needed a full renovation clearly. Had we not travelled 2 hours, we would not have stayed the night. Avoid. Read less

More than half of the TV channels did not work and for the ones that did work, the signal was really bad. The room needs repainting at the very least. There was no handwash in the bathroom. There was dust everywhere. Read less

Dislikes:
The rooms are old and in bad condition. This is indeed the cheapest hotel in the area, but still certain standards should be kept up. At least the bed linen and bathroom were clean enough.

I stayed 5 nights, I had no cleaning of the room at all during the stay ! everything is old, broken and dirty. The owner was very nice so but didn't care at all about his hotel. He is doing renovation to create appartements to rent in the future so nothing is important for him. We didn't have any paper toilet, no soap, only two towels for two. Not even a carpet in the bathroom. The window was broken, some lights and tV also, the carpet in the room was with big dirty spots on it, etc. Read less

The location, very quiet in a nice square and close to Baker street & his restaurants and the Tube, in front of the station to take the bus to go to the Airport.
Dislikes:
I hated everything except for the good location and the quiet area. So many poundsfor 5 nights without breakfast in such an old and dirty hotel, it's a robbery !

Dislikes:
Room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Lack of aircon meant the window was left open resulting in flies. The sloped floor gave a feeling of being on a ship. Building is dated & needs decorating.
