The open plan area with a smart TV with Netflix account, a double sofa bed, a brand-new contemporary fully fitted kitchen leading to the dining room in the conservatory. Whether you want to cook a full meal or prepare a quick snack, this kitchen has it all. A recently renovated bathroom with shower over bath and bidet. Off-street parking available for two cars. The garden offers a spacious corner plot. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house and gardens.

A £90 one off cleaning fee is chargeable to all bookings. It will be either charged at the time you confirmed your booking or on arrival day.
A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required at check in.
