This Property offers three very different room types that are all equally welcoming, our first room is spacious and well laid out with a huge street view window.

Our second room is a large modern double room that accommodates two people and has a garden view.

Room three is our superior studio room that is spacious but cosy. It has an en suite shower room and access to a small outdoor space ideal for smokers. There is a kitchen and small communal area with table and chairs.

All our rooms have a smart screen television with the choice of Netflix and YouTube, a microwave, kettle and toaster and a place for storing clothes.

Off street parking is available subject to availability as well as street parking, conveniently The 36 is located within close proximity to Southbury station, & Ponders End station, 24 hour Tesco extra, restaurants, fast food vendures, Cineworld and Southbury leisure centre, transport links such as buses 279, 349, 121 and 307 stop in close proximity to the property.
