Likes: With regards to the hotel, I liked the Hotels location. Thanet Hotel should loose 2 of 3 stars!

Dislikes: When I booked, English breakfast was available: I should have received a mail indicating there was none any more. And when we came back to the hotel on the second night, the towels hadn't been changed
