The location was very convenient for my visa appointment at the US Embassy and staff was nice and friendly. It was very helpful to be able to store my bag for a few hours after checkout.
Dislikes:
Communication was a bit patchy. Email was not a good way to contact, but phone calls were answered promptly. But when the staff was around, everyone was very helpful. Had issues connecting to WIFI

Room beside the function room is noisy. Will ask for another room next time
