Renovation work is ongoing and I can only assume that the room we were allocated is on the of rooms still to do. Floor was not cleaned, bathroom fittings loose, kettle filthy and unusable etc… Read more

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. And the location was perfect.
Dislikes:
The only thing that I would say about the room is that there was not a full length mirror.

Appalling advertised as boutique hotel with restaurant and free WIFI. Basically it’s some very tired rooms over a pub! No restaurant, NO breakfast.The place was very dirty carpets, bathroom, etc.(have photos) Sheet bed not big enough to cover the mattress. TV remote did not work, had to pay for WIFI. Room not serviced so no drinks for the morning! Worst part was at 6.30am a drey delivery under our room for 20mins which was very noisy. Have emailed complaints and asked for a refund but no reply! Read less

Comfy bed, friendly staff, good value for money
Dislikes:
Not really. Be aware that payment is taken on the day of arrival, before you arrive. So make sure you book with the card you wish to pay on. I did want to use another card but my issue not theirs!

The room was fairly nice, well decorated and a decent size, but the toilet / shower room was extremely small. The room was accessed via a set of metal fire escape stairs and then a further flight of stairs. The staff were friendly but nobody was around if there were any issues (there weren't). I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided and that the staff could provide no recommendations for breakfast. Overall, it was fine for my needs but not great value for money. Read less

We booked a "Double Premiun with bath" and we were given a room that looked more like standard, furniture old, no bath but shower and in general it looked totally different than what they show in the pictures. After talking to the manager we were changed to a charming and cozy room with bath. I HLhave to say this is the room from the pictures.. not sure if they only have one nice room and is the one they advertise but when you get there they give other totally different. Read less

Missinformation and tried to cover it with poor excuses.
Dislikes:
First we were told that only the twin rooms have bath and that is why we did not get it (besides it was in the confirmation) but the manager moved us to a room with bath that surprisingly, was double.

Food is avaialble during the day/evening, but no breakfast! Beer selection OK at the bar. Can be noisy in the evenings. Read less

Dislikes:
I was disappointed breakfast wasn't available this time, having stayed several times previously. Most people expect breakfast to be included for the cost! It should be more reasonably priced without.
