Very friendly staff made up for a cold breakfast served, though the cook was happy to microwave when asked. Read less

Easy access to Twickenham by taxi.
Dislikes:
It was cold in the room and if you are a light sleeper, this accommodation is not ideal due to Heathrow Airport being nearby; aeroplane noise.

Good receptionists, cleanliness was fine. Parking was excellent.
Dislikes:
The chef/waitress was rude and lacked manners or an ability to listen. I was trying to explain our dietary requirements due to health issues but she was uncompromising. We then got 2 boiled eggs etc.

The staff was very friendly and the Skylark is a short walking distance from the tube stop. I always recommend the Skylark to friends who are going to London.

Parking good. Underground close to B&B
Dislikes:
Room cramped. Bathroom tiny almost a cupboard and extremely tired looking. Asked for a plug for the basin each day but never received one. Was informed 'he didn't buy one'!! Hence the score of 1 above
