The TV remote only worked with music and not television. As I wanted to watch TV I asked the man on the front desk to help. It was 2 hours later before he came by which time, I was ready for bed.

Excellent location close to Ilford station. Very quiet modern rooms, immaculately clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast and parking facilities which were on site and bookable in advance.
Dislikes:
No. The hotel is extremely good value for money.

Quick check-in, non judgemental staff nothing was too much fuss
Dislikes:
My only recommendation would be I have water available in the room or to purchase within the hotel. All the facilities available to make a cup of tea, but no water unless you use the bathroom tap
