The rooms were booked on our behalf and it was clear before we arrived that the staff would do their best. WE were not disappointed. Although no breakfast was available we much preferred our stay to other places we have visited when in Ilford in previous years. The hotel was good for VFM. It is ample for everything, like transport, shops & restaurants.
The staff are accommodating in their jobs, and I met Mr Anas & Mr Haroon, they are very friendly and enthusiastic to help us.
The hotel is clean and tidy. Only in the toilet, we can't wash our face because of the shelf under the mirror. My forehead hit on the shelf 2-3 time during washing face. It needs relocation.

Our stay was pleasant and in a good location for the train station and for the club we planned on going too. However getting a noise complaint 10 minutes of being in our room at 5pm-5.30pm in the afternoon we were not impressed as personally I believe we were not overly loud but I assumed our neighbours were asleep and if that was the case they can not expect complete silence at that time of day especially with thin walls and being directly next door. The room was adequate. Lacked space to store valuables. Overall very clean, bed was very comfortable and the room had great on suite facilities. Breakfast was disappointing and we decided to get breakfast outside as there was not much left when we went down and the hotel did not have many guests. Aside from thos we had a very pleasant stay as the hotel was very quite and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Read less
