The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and the staff is kind and pleasant
Dislikes:
The only thing that was missing was a broom/Dyson and rags/wipes for cleaning so that we could maintain the regular cleaning.

Dislikes:
The bathrooms need cleaning, there was not a good smell from the toilet, and there was a leakage from the water hose in the main bedroom bathroom. Also, there is no water plug in the other bathroom.

The apartment has all necessary amenities and kitchen appliances for a family to live in.
Dislikes:
Some of the room ceiling lights did not work however table lamps gave enough light.

There were 3 bathrooms, an ironing board and a washing machine with a dryer, I found these three things very convenient for us
Dislikes:
The heating wasn’t very good only 2 rooms had a working heater
