The Residence on Granville

The Residence on Granville is ideal for families wishing to stay in Sevenoaks in deluxe comfort. The Residence has played hosts to families from overseas who have relocated to the UK, also families seeking temporary accommodation whilst their own homes are being renovated, as well as families coming to stay with relatives over Christmas. The Residence has also played host to former members of the Sevenoaks Hockey Club who return for the annual Sevenoaks Veterans Hockey Festival weekend held in May each year.
The Residence on Granville offers the ultimate in comfort for up to five guests. The elegant dining/drawing room, with its beautiful moulded plaster-work ceiling and period fireplace, comprises a glass dining table seating up to six, Eames style chairs with ottomans and an elegant sofa. For entertainment there is a large-screen TV with Freeview channels.
The Residences has three bedrooms, two of which, the Garden King and Courtyard King are the largest with king-size beds. The beds are zip-and-link beds which can be divided to provide Twin accommodation if required. The third bedroom, the Courtyard Double, though the smallest of the three bedrooms, is very cosy. Each bed is dressed in crisp, white linen.
In addition to the bedrooms The Residence has two bathrooms. The first offers a full-size bath with integral shower, WC and washbasin and the second a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Each bathroom is equipped with quality toiletries as well as face-cloths and guest amenity sets, a sewing kit, shower-cap and vanity set.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils and a microwave. In addition, there is an electric cooker, 'fridge, freezer, slim-line dishwasher and washer/dryer.
A short 5 to 7 minute walk will bring you into the heart of the pleasant market town of Sevenoaks with it excellent choice of independent coffee houses and two historic pubs.
