We choose the Prince of Wales - Townhouse to stay at for 2 nights to attend some local gigs. We chose based on proximity to a tube station, the reviews, and the price.
We were greeted warmly when we entered the bar, we were an hour earlier than planned, but Sophie was not phased. She showed us around and invited us to view our room when we were ready. Throughout our stay Sophie was attentive and a model hostess, she is a credit to the POW. The food was amazing, Aki and Nodir are amazing chefs. Read less

When we met Henry, the manager, he was so welcoming. During an extremely busy evening service he was able to accommodate us. I must also mention Ethan and Dylan, both keeping the bar running smoothly.
Dislikes:
There was nothing wrong that Sophia and Henry did not address easily and without complaint.

The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet what I love at nights. And the heated booths are priceless. Love them!
Dislikes:
The toilet seat was not properly fixed and kept sliding away to the left. It also has a crack. The mattresses give way towards the middle of the bed. Therefore, I was glad that I travelled alone.

The carpet in the room looked like it had been hoovered but the hoover wasn't very good either that or the carpet needed a good clean.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Good food servered all day. Easy access to the hotel
Dislikes:
Although it did not affect our opinion of the premises, the room was very warm and the deoderant quite overpowering. Pipes rattled loudly when water drawn in other rooms.
