Location, friendliness, quality of decor, food and drink. Reasonable cost too.
Dislikes:

The room was very comfortable, good shower, nice to have the pub downstairs to visit for a pre-dinner drink
Dislikes:
Would have been lovely to have some caffeine free drinks in the room like herbal tea.
