I ended up extending my stay in London, and the Airbnb I was staying in could not accommodate my extended stay (not their fault). I was lucky to find Primrose Guesthouse, where I needed to be and has beautiful accommodations. I called and Lekha too my information and guaranteed me that I would have a room available. Lekha provides a clean, comfortable guesthouse, with wonderful amenities and breakfast. I would not think twice, nor should you, about booking this guesthouse again. Read less

We needed a place to stay close to our own house when we had suffered a major leak in our house. With only a few hours before the evening, I called Primrose who confirmed they had availability and we spent two nights there whilst we had our plumbing repaired.
The owner is a very kind woman, the rooms are clean and spacious (London standards!), and the breakfast is very good with cooked options available. Read less

She is quick to respond to your emails and even was willing to put a cot in our room for our daughter when the temperaturehit 100 and my daughter dorm room had no windows that opened and no air conditioning.It was a lovely stay and it is a short walk to the tube station. The room was clean and practical and breakfast was delicious. Fresh cooked to order English breakfast if you wished.
Dislikes:
We were at the top so there were many stairs to climb but it was worth it.

I had a single room, which is what I requested. It was small, which was also just fine, but the furniture did not fit in the room and so the headboard of the bed was not centered, the window obscured

In London I find it quite challenging to find the "ideal" accommodation, especially when value for money is an aspect. Here I hit the bullseye: The Primrose Guesthouse is located on Primrose Hill in Camden, very close to Hemstead. I didn't know the area yet, it's super nice with great buildings, nice shops and restaurants interspersed with a decent subway connection. The guesthouse itself is run by an extremely warm Indian woman (?). Furthermore, the room is clean, very comfortable and pretty. Read less

Nestled on a side street across from a small park, this quaint bed and breakfast was a great place to lay my head for a few days while I visited London and played tourist. The room had all the amenities I needed including a nice private bath. Lekha was a great host and even though we didn't spend much time there (unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the breakfast due to other obligations), it was a nice base for us to relax after a long day of sight-seeing. Primrose Guest House is a wonderful find! An oasis of calm, in a delightful neighbourhood. I spent 5 nights there whilst visiting my brother a short walk away at the Royal Free Hospital. Lekha is a warm, thoughtful host. The breakfasts were superb and the bedroom comfortable and well stocked. I travel light and so the narrow stair case was not a problem for me, but maybe worth noting. Read less

The whole atmosphere of the guest house was relaxed and calm. Both Lekha and Newton went out of their way to help me in any way they could.
