The ambience, the attention to detail, and the helpfulness of the staff. The location is good too.
Dislikes:
Breakfast stops too early! During the week breakfast finishes at 8.45am

Dislikes:
The shower was messy as the bath had no screen. But it wasn't a big issue.

Breakfast is awesome. Good value for money. The room decor was lovely and staff very attentive. The mattress and pillows really comfortable
Dislikes:
Really hot in the rooms, despite there was a fan, it wasnt enough

Room spacious and comfortable, all staff met were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent (and plentiful!)
Dislikes:
Guests in nearby room had long and loud argument from 1.15am, using foul and abusive language throughout. No staff on duty so reported incident on departure. No reflection on hotel but night spoiled.
