This modern, well equipped, 3 Bedroom combination of 2 flats in Central London - Sleeps up to 10 (or 12 if kids) over 3 floors.

Come and stay in our fantastic London flat, wonderfully located!

The property itself is a combination of a recently modernised 1 bedroom first floor flat and 2 bedroom second floor flat which are in the same building just a set of stairs away from each other.

Fully equipped and with natural floors the second floor flat features: - a spacious master bedroom with a convenient en-suite bathroom - a second double bedroom - a shared bathroom with shower and toilet - a large living room open plan with kitchen and double-sofabed- 2 roof terraces from which you get to enjoy evening drinks or bbq - babycot (can be used in any of the rooms).

In the first floor flat you will find - a single bedroom - bathroom with bathtub/shower - separate toilet - open plan kitchen and living room area (with air matress for extra people if needed, ideal for flexible guests or perhaps one of the kids!

The main living area is the one in the second floor flat. It is a large open plan space, featuring a fully equipped, modern kitchen with washing machine, dining table & chairs, and a comfortable lounge area with sofas and television. From there you can also reach a lovely intimate roof terrace (70 square meters), with table, chairs, parasol and even a barbecue - ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day in the city (provided the British weather behaves!).

There are outdoor electrical sockets and lights in the garden. Wifi via fibre optic broadband is also provided (50M - Virgin Media).

**Please note neither the flat nor terrace is wheelchair accessible**. The area is well lit and well covered by CCTV. Walking alone late at night is commonplace. The flat is located on a main road but the bedrooms are towards the back which is quiet and calm.
