The Milford Arms

I'm an Isleworth boy than emigrated to Australia 25 years ago, my father died recently hence the need to stay in Isleworth near my family. 30 years ago the Milford used to have parties upstairs so imagine my surprise that they now have rooms and proper accommodation. Rooms were excellent, tidy comfortable and well maintained. All the guys downstairs were excellent and looked after me, breakfast was superb, proper English and well missed considering I now live in Oz. Read less

I have stayed here twice before and know the area well. This is, essentially, a local pub with nice rooms and a car park. It is close to both the tube and the mainline to Waterloo and on several bus routes and I find it very convenient when visiting friends and relatives in West London. I leave my car and use public transport. The staff are very friendly. Read less

I booked because I was intending to bring my car, but a change of plans meant I would not need it so I switched to the train, it is not too far from the stations and the buses stop almost outside and so it was easy for me to get to the places in West London I needed to visit. It was very welcoming, the staff are friendly as are the people who use it as their local pub. A pub like this with rooms is rare in London and for me a really good find. Read less

An excellent value venue, very conveniently located for my visit and for anyone visiting London. My daughter and I stayed during the hottest summer for decades and the room was hot but the friendly staff had provided an air conditioning fan in an attempt to counteract the heat. It is clear that the current owners have put a lot of effort into successfully improving the pub. Read less
