I stayed here for the night when I was in London to go to a concert. When I arrived the man at the reception was very friendly and complimented my nails. I was very pleased that they had been able to upgrade my room from a basic room to a deluxe one. The room was very spacious, and everything was clean and well presented. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I am next in London. Read less

Friendly staff, large modern room, comfortable sleep. Even for being in the middle of central London I still got a good night’s sleep with not much noise.

Great Location to Kings Cross station
Dislikes:
Bed frame too small for mattress so it was bouncy. Felt as we stayed for 4 days we should have been offer fresh towels and tea making facilities.

Super-convenient for King's Cross Station, easy access to the city centre and the theatres we had booked. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was basic but fine for the price.

My visit to the Melville started with a friendly greeting. After a quick chat at reception, I was shown to my room which had really tasteful decor. As it was a hot day, I was offered a fan for the room, which was much appreciated. Bearing in mind the hotel is 200 metres from Kings Cross St Pancras, it is situated in a quiet square. I didn't hear any noise during the evening and night, which was a relief. Very enjoyable stay. Read less
