Small room and bathroom. The plugs on the wall are unfuntional, furniture blocking them. No place to leave luggage. Everything you touch in the bathroom it fells. The sink is tiny and uncomfortable, you can't wash your face because you hit the wall. We stayed for 5 nights and the last night the cleaning lady came to leave us 2 towels and 1 toilet roll. No hand towel. No cleaning during the whole stay. The location is not bad, very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras. Read less

Clean and comfortable bed, good shower.
Dislikes:
Sash window was broken.
Floor trims were filthy.
Horrendous smell appeared to come from sink which had no plug.
Wall decor lower down was battered and tatty from suitcases, dark blue was very gloom

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful,
Dislikes:
Single room was in the basement. There was nowhere to hang clothes. The stairs very narrow and difficult at times to manage.The bathroom was a cubicle about the size of a walk in shower.

Dislikes:
I had booked a single room, which turned out to be in the basement, with no window! I don't call that a hotel room. cubicle bathroom about the width of 2 telephone boxes. No space for anything more.

To humid and we could not look oudside. Oven was not verry clean.
