Phil was very accommodating to our changing needs, including part of our party opting to move to another hotel at the very last minute, after check-in, who were still given a full refund!

The size of the room, facilities, parking, quiet area, good comfortable bed.Communications were great.
Dislikes:
The bathroom is looking a little worn and is in need of some updating. The shower cubicle was small but it was all clean.

Comfy bed, good lighting (rare!) and a window that opened - all high priority for us!
Dislikes:
Shower was poor - water flow was minimal and took a long time to heat up.
A dog somewhere very nearby was barking intermittently all night.

The manager was very accomodating and flexible. The manager upgraded the single room. (Our group had 2 rooms)
Dislikes:
I did not expect such a small bathroom in a king room. A square cubicle!
