I booked an appartement in Liverpool Street house paid and then read some terrible reviews written in 2019! I got worried and found reviews via trip advisor which said the opposite ie clean etc etc. Also no lift so stairs to climb,eek how many? I finally arrived with my daughter and had an incredibly good surprise. We were welcomed by the manager who answered all our questions patiently. There were no numerous flights of stairs and we were on the first floor,I think there is only one more floor Read less

Firstly the appartment was superb and spacious with easy access. The location in the East End interesting and actually local ie not too touristic or overcrowded. A short walk to the underground

We stayed a couple of nights in London before heading North for a wedding. Location was perfect! We walked to the Tower of London, Borroughs Market, Tower Bridge, the Shard, and the tube was around the corner for longer journeys. the food options were great-street food outside our door!!
