Location. easy to find and convenient for London at a value price. Would recommend with the caveat that it is nothing fancy, but has a nice ensuite and free parking
Dislikes:
Room was hot. No fan.

Curtains were thin and narrow and allowed street light out side to illuminate the room. The room had a shabby look about it with marks on the wall either due to poor decoration or clumsy guests. Noting breakfast hours on saturday were rather late for our requirements, we asked if our meal could be arranged earlier, this was honoured immediately.The receptionist was also extremely obliging reserving a taxi for us during our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. Read less

The vicinity was excellent for us, only a short distance from East Croydon Station, and central London.
Dislikes:
The bathroom was a bit small, but quite acceptable for a short stay.

The location is convenient for me, and the price reasonable. I have stayed there several times and have always been satisfied.
Dislikes:
I had a certain amount of street noise, though not enough to stop me sleeping well. When the hotel is full, there are scarcely enough spaces in the car park.
