Dislikes:
The wallpaper in the room was hanging off the wall in many places. Stair carpets unsafe. Breakfast was from 8-9, arrived at 8.50 to be told kitchen closed. they gave me 2 slices of toast and fried egg

I stayed in two separate rooms the first room was something out of a horrible nightmare, a punched in door , more stains on the floor than a nightclub , over 20 cigarette burns on the side cabinet, which when you opened to door crashed into . A tiny wall tv , no heating only in the bathroom, to top it off the bed smelt like cigarettes, so much so I felt physically sick, I had to move rooms . The next room slightly better less tired , toilet seat and lid from two different toilets . Read less

Nothing really, I booked it here because of hotel maps , I was looking for a short distance to the place I was training and working.
Dislikes:
The hotel smells of cigarettes and needs a refurb, I went there because hotel maps said it was the shortest route to where I was training. Hotel maps lied !

We were allocated the "attic". We strongly got the impression that, although we booked way in advance, they could not careless about 65+ giving the tip floor.

Overall I liked the location and the sense that it was more friendly and smaller than a faceless hotel. The staff were helpful, the price good and overall I was satisfied.
Dislikes:
On the negative, I felt that the heating was far too hot (not in the room, just the lobby and corridors) and the breakfast was a bit disappointing (white bread, sugary cereals, I guess I like healthie

The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting my family. We could leave the car in the car park and walk to my Aunts house which was perfect.
Dislikes:
The bathroom was too small and stuffy. The lights around the mirror didn't work. The pillows were very hard.

Very disappointed in the room, which wasn't suitable for a couple. Tiny ensuite did not have a proper door, so no privacy - definitely the worst point. Shower leaked badly. Loo roll holder fell straight off wall. No bedside lamp and desk lamp didn't work, so had to operate main light from door. Reviews claimed clean towels each day. There weren't. Read less

Sloping eaves made small twin room seem even smaller. Tiny ensuite a nightmare, not fully enclosed, with 2 inch gap round sliding door. Unsuitable for occupation by more than one person as no privacy
