Certainly far preferabelto them in every way other than narrow window of check-in (I was at work meetings in almost the entire window - had to curtail in order to return for 23h30). I've put high scores above considering the price - obviously if one paid 10 x the price and got the same amenities one would rank it a 1 not a 5. Read less

see above. I wouldn't think of anywhere else when next needing to stay in the neighbourhood. Likely to be 1-2 bouts of 1-2 night pers yr)
Dislikes:
The breakfast was OK but some fine bread would be a real asset and the oranges were tired. Mayve this is the correct balance looking at the rate at which these thins are eaten vs the additional cost

This is our third stay! Why? Because the staff are so friendly and the rooms very clean.
The tied the Thai food this time, which was excellent and very reasonable pricewise.

We had a lovely Thai meal at the pub before going out and a drink when we got back. The twin room was perfect and everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to organise parking which was much appreciated and very friendly over the bar. Breakfast was laid out and available and room was clean and tidy.
Dislikes:
Room 4 - Toilet seat needs attention (needed it before I arrived I might add) and main light in bedroom blinks and is threatening to give up shortly

I was visiting London in order to catch up with some friends. The "King's Arms" had been recommended as somewhere to stay and we were not disappointed. It is in the heart of Ealing, close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff were helpful and friendly. Katie was particularly friendly and stayed calm and smiley while checking us in and, at the same time, serving customers at the bar. The room was clean and the shower worked well. Read less
