I wanted somewhere to stay in the area because l had an early flight the next day from Stansted airport. The room was very comfortable, clean and well supplied with tea, coffee, milk etc. A hairdryer was provided and towels. There was no shower gel just hand wash liquid by the sink. Read less
Likes: I cannot comment on staff friendliness or service as l met no one in person apart from bar staff when l went in the pub.
Dislikes: When l tried to use the shower l could not find a way to turn the heat down. It came out scalding hot so l was unable to use it and had to resort to the wash basin.
