Likes:
Even though building was close to the train line, there was virtually no noise. Geoff helped me with my case when I arrived and made sure I folded my wing mirrors in when I parked in the street.
Dislikes:
I would have liked a bedside light. You could add to the welcome by have a live pot plant or a few fresh flowers in the entrance hall. And the stairs handrail felt like it needed a clean.

I stayed for two nights while visiting The National Archives nearby. "Kew Rooms" does include rooms within the house, but I was in a rear annex. Breakfast was served in the house and included a variety of cereals, also cold meat. I was pleased to share the breakfast room with the proprietor's two cats. Read less

The annex room was well appointed, with a double and a single bed, shower, television and table. As the two folding chairs were basic, an easy chair would have been welcome.
Dislikes:
The annex was close to a busy railway line, but that could not be helped.

Friendliness of the host, the location, close to a number of important sites and the Underground.
Dislikes:
Very little information when arriving about how the B&B worked - communication with the guests could be improved.
