We came to stay for a night after a concert in London stadium. we were travelling with out teenage daughter so were struggling to find a place that could accommodate us without a ridiculous price tag. that's exactly what we found. we were welcomed by a lovely staff member who checked us in, we then dropped off our stuff and went to the concert.
After the gig (about 12-1AM) we returned and were welcomed by another staff member who checked our ID which made us feel very safe. good night sleep too Read less

We felt secure in our room, the staff were lovely and it was very easy to get too.
Dislikes:
The only thing that could be improved on was purely cosmetic. The paint was marked in some areas and the carpet looked slightly stained. a little spruce up but nothing that detracted from the stay

The hotel staff we kind and helpful about everything we needed and both of our rooms were very clean. Room service was great as well but we hardly needed it since we had everything we needed.
Dislikes:
I wish there had been more variety at breakfast and more hot foods.

Hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Position was ideal for visiting other places.
Dislikes:
Had some noise from the building next door during the evening but apart from that all was good. Could have done with a proper chair to sit on in the room though.

Nice rooms but double rooms have 2 single beds attached.
Dislikes:
Double beds had 2 singles together and there was not any hand wash, price was too high too for location.
