The staff was very nice and the room exceptionally clean. Close to the underground.
Dislikes:
Second floor, no lift (for heavy luggage), light in bathroom didn't work

Bathroom was unpleasantly hot in room 105 (hot enough to make you sweat!).
"Hanging space" wasn't even long enough to hang a shirt.
12 noon is not a good start time for breakfast!

One afternoon wee ask to the guy at the reception if he could call a cab for us to meet our friends and he told us that he couldn't and that we had to do it by ourselves. I was shocked, and even if I almost beg him, he was incredibly rude and refuses to help us. that's not the way to treat a guest!! Read less

The tub station is super near, also the bus stop. The pub that is at the ground floor oh the hotel is really nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning made for a comfortable night's sleep as the temperature on our stay was extremely high. Due to the noise from the rail line it was necessary to shut the window so the AC system was invaluable. It was a nice touch having a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Read less

We liked the convenience of the location for airport transfers using National Express coaches to Stansted. The bus and train station right next door with direct access to all parts of London was great
Dislikes:
The only drawback was the noise from the rail line close to the hotel but it was a small price to pay for the other advantages.
