The experience was okay. I found the hotel cute and was very accessible to the train station and many shops and restaurants around. Considering that there was a bar and restaurant downstairs - we did not hear anything from there. Unfortunately, you can hear and feel the train in the room - its not a big inconvenience but it will bother you. The worst part was on the last day - we lost water since early morning until check out. No shower, no toilet when we checked out. And no receptionist to help Read less

The room was presentable. The toilet was clean. The beds were sturdy and the pillows were okay.
Dislikes:
-There were stains on the pillowcase and the duvet cover
- You can hear and feel the train inside the room.
- We lost water on our last day. Been calling reception since 6AM and no one answered.

The situation of the hotel in Golders Green is so convenient to the bus/coach/tube/train station that it is so easy to travel out of or in to London by just crossing the road.
Dislikes:
The only drawback is the proximity of the overhead train line which can be a bit noisy.
