Likes:
Excellent stress free start to our holiday. Eliminated hassle of getting to/from airport. Any queries were answered quickly by friendly staff. Having accommodation and parking on same site works well.
Dislikes:
Would be nice to have a manned reception desk.

Dislikes:
I think that the house keeper could be more friendly. I smiled at her and she looked straight at me and gave me an unacceptable look .

After I left in the morning the owner called to tell me I had smoked in the room and opened a window which had broken the safety latch
I returned to the property to confront the owner as
I don’t smoke and I didn’t open any of the windows
I simply slept in the bed and used the shower
I was not impressed with being accused of these things
Upon returning I saw a cleaner had opened the window in question

Could not be in a more convenient location for travellers to Gatwick. We have now used Hookwood Lodge in conjunction with Tudor Rose Parking on many occasions and treat it as part of our holiday.
