The cleanliness, welcome and quality of the accommodation. Every little detail had been addressed such as tea, coffee, milk and toiletries.
Dislikes:
It's not the fault of the owners but it's a pity that there isn't a shortcut to the main road (I didn't have a car).

Fantastic night out at the O2 Arena which is only a short bus ride away.Transport to and from the area easy despite the rail and tube strikes (thanks to the Uber Boats). We look forward to returning. Excellent location and great value for money. There may not be many shops or restaurants immediately in vicinity but we knew that after doing research prior to booking so came prepared. Kitchen has all you need to cook and plan meals. Easy to get a taxi to nearest DLR and then easy into central London. Rooms are great and host is really accommodating and helpful. Read less

Had a nice three night stay. Access via bus is about 3 blocks away, via SWR (rail) is a bit further. Access via DLR is about a mile away. Some basic grocery shopping is available within about 6 blocks… Read more

Had a nice three night stay. Access via bus is about 3 blocks away, via SWR (rail) is a bit further. Access via DLR is about a mile away. Some basic grocery shopping is available within about 6 blocks, with much better shopping options available a little over a mile away.
The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the Thames River and the Thames River Path. It is close to London City Airport. Read less

The first two nights were quiet and peaceful. The free on-site laundry was very handy. The room was quite large. The kitchen sink, dishes, microwave, fridge and dinette set were great. WiFi was OK.
Dislikes:
While two nights were generally peaceful, on the last night I could hear people in the next room talking until very late, and then was woken up by people departing at 4 AM.
