4 adults 1 8 year old I have stayed before as it’s a great location for Hyde Park, it’s not the cleanest most attractive place I’ve stayed but for the money it’s fine, the washroom was clean as were the towels, shampoo and body wash a bonus my disappointment was no fresh coffee at breakfast I would have thought that was a must, I will be hoping to book again for next year Read less

So convenient for walking to Hyde Park, which is most important, easy check in and rooms were next to each other, which made life easier
Dislikes:
Nothing I didn’t like, improvements could be made,nothing to do with the hotel but we still haven’t found a store like Tesco express or something similar, local store owner must be a millionaire

-one room was not clean and had been recently used
-one room smelled of unpleasant human matter
-upon check in the man at the counter shouted at a guest and reportedly called them stupid, among other things. Read less

Booking was for business purposes and made online from the office using business credit card. Person making booking telephoned hotel to make sure no problems would occur when checking in as we wouldn't have credit card - she was told this was no problem at all. However, on trying to check in we had so many problems and it took ages with several phone calls made to our management out of hours. We did eventually get to stay but it was not what we needed after a long day.

Convenience to Paddington, clean rooms and good breakfast. Friendly staff who were helpful. They retained baggage for us
Dislikes:
The front rooms look on to the road and the traffic noise is very audible. Take good ear plugs!

The reception staff were fine and for two of our three mornings the breakfast was fine, the problem with the third breakfast was we arrived in the dining room at exactly 09.30 (latest time available) and were told we'd missed the cooked breakfasts as everything had been turned off but we could have cereal and toast. Our room was disgusting, old shabby bed covers, bad paintwork made the room appear dirty. My wife opened the bathroom window ant the bottom of the frame fell off. Absolutely horrid. Read less
