Large and quiet room .En-suite Bathroom simple but sufficient . Beddings at profusion (extra pillows and duvet)
Large TV. Very complete Tea tray .
Access is simple .
Dislikes:
NO
May be ..... The young staff is not aware of every details of our reservation .(payment )

We stayed one night in a family room. Very friendly welcome (albeit rather slow). Room was nicely decorated and spacious with very comfortable bed and nice white crisp bedding. However, both the roman blinds were broken and we had to tuck them behind the window latch to open them in the morning! Also the shared facilities were rather basic but reasonably clean and plentiful (there seemed to be 4 showers/loos between 5 bedrooms?). Breakfast again slow, but perfectly acceptable. Read less

Two nights stay in the The Green. Room 3 is clean and pleasant but the insulation is poor allowing outside noise and draughts to penetrate. (it was unseasonably cold during our stay). The shared showers and WC's are correct although most guests would appreciate private facilities. The downstairs bar is warm and comfortable with a wide range of drinks available to suit all tastes. A small parking space is available next to the establishment. Buffet breakfast correct but not exceptional. Read less

The service was excellent. The bar meals were great value for money and copious. The situation of the pub ideal for access to the nearest underground station (Boston Road) by short bus ride.
Dislikes:
Better sound proofing and insulation in bedroom. Fresh croissant or pain au chocolate for breakfast (not cellophane wrapped). A shelf in the shower room would be useful.
