This was second time I booked a family room foster r my relatives who were not happy with your service, 3 nights stay no bed linen was changed, there was no toothbrush , no iron facilities, no hairdryer and on top of that breakfast was served in the boxes which we missed on the last day and were told after 0930 nothing was available. Rooms were OK no ventilation plus air conditioning was not working the fan we had in room was nearly broken. On website advertised as they provide shampoo conditioner and shower gel etc. Nothing was available. Which is not fair it is different thing that luckily I had my own stuff. But it is about principles if you advertising something and getting the payme t for that service then you should be providing those facilities. Read less
