Good points - location and breakfast were very good.
Disappointing points - room was extremely hot. Understand there was a heat wave but when we got there the heated towel rail was on full blast and the ceiling fan was inadequate for the job. We didn't get any sleep because when we tried to open the window the noise from outside was so loud we had to shut the window. Also the windows appear to have not been cleaned for years. Read less

The location was excellent. The breakfast was a la carte which was excellent because buffets can be cold by the time you get to them. Freshly made is better.

This hotel met all of our needs and was extremely convenient in its location. Unfortunately, I fell ill in the night (totally unrelated to the hotel) and could not stay for our second night as I had to travel home early. The staff were extremely kind and, whilst they had to follow the rules of charging us half for the second night, were very caring and pleasant. For the price, the location was excellent. We saved money on tubes as its so central, we were able to walk to most places we wanted. Read less

Location, price and facilities were excellent (wet room great). The rooms are above a very busy pub but there was no problem with noise at all. As ill, didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

We stayed, for one night, in the citrus room. The room and ensure were well decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room had tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries and towels. The evening staff and the morning staff we met were both really friendly.
We had a full English for breakfast the next day which was cooked to perfection. Quality tea and a glass of fresh orange juice. Overall, a great stay. Read less
Dislikes:
You have to leave your key behind when you leave meaning you have to knock for the night security to let you in when you return if you are out for the evening after the pub has closed.
