We stayed at the Croham Park BNB for four nights, with a party of 5 and needing three rooms. We were fortunate to find this lovely BnB that had availability at a reasonable price. The location is great in a nice suburb with easy public transport to Central Croydon and fast trains to London. It was easy to check in, communication was good. Lovely cooked breakfasts, top quality. Large, clean rooms each with on-suite bathrooms. Good facilities and Matt and Bev are very friendly and helpful hosts. Matt offers fabulous advise for travellers with great local knowledge.

The in room drinks facility could perhaps be improved by including decaf coffee or tea sachets or herbal tea bags or hot chocolate

Property very close to trams and close to trains, super helpful and welcoming hosts and rooms vast, clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. There's even a plug for charging your car. Recommend!
