Nous devions séjourner à 3 personnes et nous sommes retrouvés à 2 adresses différentes. Une chambre + salle de bain correctes et une chambre minuscule avec un seul lavabo. Cela fait une quinzaine d’années que nous venons régulièrement dans votre hôtel et nous apprécions le site m, le côté relax et surtout le petit déjeuner dans la véranda-terrasse.
Plus de breakfast, pas d’indication et pas de cartes ou de dépliants comme nous pouvions trouver avant le Covid. Read less

A very nice and toughtful room design, excellent hospitablity.
Dislikes:
Room was too hot with no ventilation other than opening the narrow top window. No way to turn off the radiator. A ventilator or airconditioning would be nice.

Communication excellent prior to travelling and check in was easy. We stayed in a building 5 mins walk from reception. It was exactly a described and like the photos.

We stayed at Charlotte Guest House for seven nights check We are an elderly couple process for check in after 4pm very daunting like to know about this when booking make travel plans tp arrive before 4pm. on last night of stay we went to reception asking re taxi service (notice board) for National Express Bus. Tourists are not familiar with area but he just booked taxi nineteen pounds for 10 min journey when he could have helped letting us know Red Bus do same trip for less than five pounds Read less
