Likes:
Very convenient location. As two girls traveling, we always felt safe coming back to the hotel if it was late in the evening. The room was tidy and clean, nothing to complain.
Dislikes:
One time, hotel staff (two men) came to our room suddenly to measure something, and I didn't even have pants on. It would be nice to have a call or text so that one can be prepared.

Great! I only needed a simple, affordable room for 1 night for work reasons and the Charlotte Guest House very much provided that. The room was spotless and clearly newly decorated (to a very high standard). The en suite bathroom in particular was wonderful; the bed was extremely comfortable; and the large windows were great for morning light. after receiving very clear instructions , I collected my keys from a dropbox by the front door without needing to go through with reception. Perfect of a late arrival/early leave overnight stay, but also very comfortable and kept to a high standard. I would definitely use this place for leisure stays as well!
