A ground floor apartment in a typical Regency style block in the Pimlico area in Westminster. Newly refurbished , the kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has bath and shower.

There is a double bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is seating for four guests; the sofa can be converted into a double bed.
The second living area can be used as a lounge and dining room or can be converted into a second bedroom.

With the double bed and the two sofa beds the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests; there is an additional charge for more than 4 guests at £20 per head per night.
Each sofa bed has been chosen for comfort.

Accommodation is for the entire flat; a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The listed price is for four guests to stay per night. We can accommodate an additional 2 guests at an additional £20 per head per night. Linen and towels are included.
