Likes: The staff were friendly and service with a smile. the room was clean and facilities were good.
Dislikes: There are two minor issues which are the toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet, and the Wifi was not working in the Room

Likes: Comfortable room with good facilities
Dislikes: The wall between us and the next room was so thin we could hear their conversation, they were not even talking that loudly. Also noise from the room above. Very poor insulation so could not recommend.

The room/shower in the annex to rear of pub was extremely small, with barely enough room to move around the double bed. The tiny size of the room/shower was not made clear in the description. The staff in the pub were very nice and attentive, but the standard of cleaning in the annex rooms was poor. We arrived in the dark so the level of cleanliness was not obvious until the morning. Likes: The staff in the pub were very pleasant and friendly. The barn style annex looks nice on first appearance and in many respects it is. The owner just needs to make sure rooms are cleaned properly.
Dislikes: A pair of men's underpants were hanging on the inside of the bathroom door and the amount of dust and general grubbiness' indicated the room had not been cleaned properly for some time.
