The property is a 3 double bedroom, ground floor apartment set within a scenic residential area of North London surrounded by trees and a communal garden. The property is located near a children's play area and close to local shops including a laundrette and convenience shops for food.
If you wish to explore London, the apartment is ideally placed with local travel links within 5-10 minutes walk to bus stops, Holloway road underground train station and Archway tube station on the Northern line.
The apartment has 3 generously sized double bedrooms all fitted with a wardrobe and other furniture as shown in the photographs provided.
There kitchen is open-plan fitted with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 5 ring halogen hob and double oven as well as coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker and kettle.
The bathroom has both an electric shower and bath with instant hot water provided by a gas heated Worcester combi boiler which can be pre-set on a timer if desired (instructions provided at the property.) There is gas central heating throughout the apartment and under-floor heating in the bathroom and living room to keep you warm in the Winter months.
The living room has a fan light which has 3 speed setting operated by a cord which is helpful keeping the room cool during the Summer. The living room also has a 7 seater leather sofa with 2 recliner seats at each end to relax and a 40 inch TV and free high speed Wifi/internet.
All rooms with exception of the bathroom have dimmer switches to control the light setting to your own preference.
There is washing machine and clothes horse available for laundry need in the Hallway.

The property's location is close to leisure facilities (Sobell), bowling and pool table (Finsbury park) and theatres and Art Galleries (Angel & The West End).
