Very good position, near tube & buses
Dislikes:
The t.v did not work, & although we did ask several times there was no one able to do any thing even to check the fuse. We also had a fridge that didn t work, but were able to get it removed.

The reception staff were very friendly as were the breakfast staff.
Dislikes:
Remote control batteries for tv were no good.I like to watch the local news.

Quaint family hotel. The buildings are certainly older and the bathrooms are small. But the room are clean and a good place to pass out after a long day of walking and sight-seeing. The free breakfast is a nice touch if you are on a budget like we were. From 7-9 am you can get a full English breakfast or continental, also cereal. Coffee and tea also available. Read less

We really liked being able to walk through Hyde park to get to the museums. Also having to different tube stops close by was convenient.
Dislikes:
Our bedroom needed a little TLC. The toilet paper holder was broken (from the tight quarters) and also our wardrobe was busted as well.
